Netflix’s remake Naked has added Cory Hardrict to the cast.
Marlon Wayans and Regina Hall already are signed on to star in the remake of the 2000 Swedish romantic comedy Naken.
With a script by Cory Koller, Wayans and Rick Alvarez, Naked follows a man who wakes up naked in the elevator on the day of his wedding. He is forced to live the same nerve-wracking hours leading up to his nuptials over and over again until he gets it all right.
Hardrict will play the leader of a motorcycle gang in the film, which is currently shooting in Charleston, S.C. Netflix will stream it globally in 2017.
Hardrict previously starred in the Netflix hit film Brotherly Love, and mostly recently played both leads in Qasim Basir’s award-winning drama Destined. His other credits include American Sniper, Gran Torino, Lovelace and Transcendence. The actor will next be seen in the Tupac Shakur biography All Eyez On Me, Universal’s Spectral and Sony’s November Criminals.
Hardrict is repped by Paradigm, Authentic Talent and Literary Management and attorney Karl Austen.
