Kris Humphries is perhaps most known for his ill-fated relationship with Kim Kardashian. While the pair were together, they spent a lot of time in Kardashian's native Los Angeles. Likely as a result of being used to the Los Angeles lifestyle and weather, Humphries decided to purchase a Beverly Hills mansion for $6.15 million in 2015. But now, the 32-year-old NBA player is reportedly spending much more time in his native Minnesota, which prompted him to sell his mansion, and for a huge profit.

Humphries reportedly sold his 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home for $8.25 million; roughly a $2 million profit. The Atlanta Hawks forward/center originally bought the house in 2015 on an episode of Bravo's 'Million Dollar Listing.' A source reportedly told the website TheRealDeal.com that the buyer was 'billionaire venture capitalist Neil Kadisha, who married into L.A.'s prominent Nazarian family.'

The 3,336 square foot home was built in 1961 and features unobstructed views of the coastline, glass walls, den, wet bar, and a gourmet kitchen. In addition, the master bedroom has a fireplace, a spa style tub, and a walk-in closet. It previously sold for $1.15 million back in 1999.

This home shouldn't be confused though, with the home that Humphries used to live in during his relationship with Kim Kardashian. That home, in which he proposed to the reality star back in 2011, went on the market for $5.5 million late last month.
